Many of our items come with our SimpleReturn guarantee. In short, this means that you can return your order for a refund or exchange as long as the item(s) are shipped back to us within 10 days and they comply with the following return guidelines.

In order to ensure that your particular return may be refunded, please carefully read our return policy.

If it meets the criteria, then you must utilize a traceable shipping means to send the product(s) to the proper address. If you send the product(s) without any means to track the delivery and there is no receipt on our end, we cannot and will not be responsible for providing a refund for the product(s)/order.

Once the returned costume or item has been received and processed, we sent out the refund, which is usually within one week.  Please note: during high volume times, the refund may be delayed due to traffic to our site and processing center.

Yes, we can exchange what you ordered as long as your items are brand new, sealed in original packaging!

If you ordered the wrong size, then we can replace the product for you at no additional shipping charge.

However, you will be responsible for shipping your items back to us. Note: We are strict on items being returned brand new & unused. We inspect each and every return manually.
