Determining what size I need - We provide a very convenient size chart which is displayed on each product page, and that will help translate the appropriate costume size to what your personalized need is! Certain costumes are meant to be form-fitting, but if there is any doubt, the safest strategy for your individual order is to request one size larger.
How do I know if a product is truly “exclusive”? -Products that we list as being “exclusive” are invented and designed by ours, or our suppliers Imagination Department. If we are collaborating with an outside design firm for some of our costumes and items, we ensure all of the fabrics and designs are unique and original, and that they are available only through our site or through that same firm’s site as well.
Product availability - Each costume or item page will have a special icon which informs you if the particular product you need is available or temporarily unavailable. If it is available, once you order it it will be shipped as soon as the information is processed!
If a product is not available, may it still be ordered? -If an item is out of stock, you may still order, however your credit card will not be charged until the item comes in stock for us to ship.
What forms of payment are accepted? -We accept: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover We DO NOT accept: Check or Money Order Payments
Will I have to pay any taxes? Utah residents will be required to pay sales tax.
How may I check on the order’s status? -You can very conveniently and easily check the progress of your order by logging in to your account.
Is there a way to verify the purchase? -Once you submit your order, the website will redirect you to a sales page which will provide you with your customer ID number. An email message will also be sent to the address you provided which verifies your purchase and that the order is being processed and will ship as soon as possible.
Do you offer price-match if another company offers the same product at a reduced cost? -Most certainly! We are committed to offering the absolute best prices on costumes while providing the highest quality products.

Is it possible to order from CouplesCostumes.com a different way than online only? I don’t like ordering via the Internet. - Currently the only way to purchase a product from us is online.
How do I know about the availability of the product and what the actual cost will be? -The individual costume and item pages each have the most recent information with regards to pricing and availability.
Special Quantity Order discounts! -These types of discounts are exclusively reserved for the rare, extremely large order. A purchase of over $700 is necessary in order to be considered for this discount. Please contact us in order to inquire about the specific details, and to place a Special Quantity Order.
Resale certificates and Tax-Exempt Number status -Tax Exempt IDs and/or reseller certificates may be used for your particular order(s) if you qualify. These orders cannot be processed via the website; you may fax or send your order request and the appropriate paperwork via US Postal Service so that we may process it.
What does SFI mean? -The Sustained Forestry Initiative, or SFI, is a non-profit organization which manages a sustainable forestry certification program. If you happen to see a SFI label on a particular product, then you know you are buying wood or paper products from certified sourcing or forests.
